Supporters of the food communities
The Slow Food Foundation is the technical and operational instrument through which Slow Food promotes and coordinates projects in support of small producers belonging to Terra Madre food communities.
In addition to well-defined and complex projects such as the Presidia and Earth Markets, the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity provides technical assistance, organizes training courses and visits, supports taste education projects and initiatives to promote local consumption and catalog food communities’ traditional products.
The supporters of the Terra Madre communities are all those who make a donation in support of projects coordinated by the Slow Food Foundation and intended for Terra Madre communities.
